You are invited to the Circulus Vineyard for a Trade Tasting Tour with John White - founder, vigneron and owner of Circulus Wine. Join us for an exclusive trade tasting at the Circulus Wine vineyard. During your 1-hour session, John will lead you through our wines, weaving in the history of Coatsworth Farm, his approach to regenerative viticulture, and the land that shapes each Circulus Wine. On the day you will be tasting the new vintage available to order for Spring/Summer to serve at your bar, restaurant or bottle shop.
- A 45-minute guided tasting + vineyard walk, where you’ll sample 5 signature Circulus Wines, each a reflection of the cool climate and maritime influence of the Bellarine Peninsula.
- Insight into our approach to minimal intervention winemaking, and how terroir - sea breezes, sunshine hours and gentle soil - gives our wines their balance, freshness and sense of place.
- Time to explore ordering options: we’ll discuss spring-summer allocation, seasonal pairings, and how Circulus wines can your wine list or retail program.
