Just as the Loire Valley is celebrated for its elegant, aromatic, terroir-driven expressions of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc, our Bellarine Peninsula’s growing conditions allow us to craft a new-world interpretation that honours these old-world inspirations while expressing our distinctive local character.

In your six-pack you will find: 3 x  Circulus Fumé Blanc 2025 & 3 x Circulus Cabernet Franc 2023

FUMÉ BLANC 2025 

Hand-harvested on 27th February, whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented with indigenous yeasts on full solids. 100% secondary malolactic fermentation, matured on lees in 300L aged French oak barrels for 6 months and bottled in September 2025. 

CABERNET FRANC 2023 

Our 2023 Cabernet Franc was hand harvested on 10 April 2023, destemmed whole berries were soaked in open-top fermenters for five days and fermented over eight days. Matured in aged oak barriques and hog head barrels for ten months before racking and bottling in February 2024.
