Just as the Loire Valley is celebrated for its elegant, aromatic, terroir-driven expressions of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc, our Bellarine Peninsula’s growing conditions allow us to craft a new-world interpretation that honours these old-world inspirations while expressing our distinctive local character.

In your six-pack you will find 3 bottles of 2024 Circulus Fumé Blanc & 3 bottles of 2023 Circulus Cabernet Franc.

2024 FUMÉ BLANC

Hand harvested on 4 March 2024, whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented with wild yeasts on solids. 100% malolactic fermentation, matured on lees in aged barrels for 8 months before racking and bottling in November 2024.

2023 CABERNET FRANC

Our 2023 Cabernet Franc was hand harvested on 10 April 2023, destemmed whole berries were soaked in open-top fermenters for five days and fermented over eight days. Matured in aged oak barriques and hog head barrels for ten months before racking and bottling in February 2024.
