Guava, lime and white flower aromas. Medium bodied, textural, punchy acidity and savoury on the palate.
FUMÉ BLANC 2024 WINEMAKING
Hand harvested on 4 March 2024, whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented with wild yeasts on solids. 100% malolactic fermentation, matured on lees in aged barrels for 8 months before racking and bottling in November, 2024.
CIRCULUS 2024 VINTAGE NOTES
After an unusually warm and dry winter, the growing season started 2-3 weeks earlier than usual. Ample Spring rainfall and moderate temperatures were welcome, which evolved into an extremely dry summer, assisting the ripening process, producing higher than average yields but preserving full flavours and acidity.
