I hope you are well and enjoying some great wine. As I write, we have just finished pruning, repairing driplines and wires and the 2025 season is now upon us, creeping up earlier than normal with the unseasonably warm and dry winter.  

Today marks a significant day for us.  Our website circuluswine.com.au is officially live, and our wine is ready to purchase an allocation. It also marks the Equinox, the official start to Spring as the sun crosses the equator and our days become longer than our nights.  Time tends to be seen as linear. Days follow days, months follow months, years follow years, however, we see it is as a cycle, a closed loop and seasonal. It reminds us of our connection to the natural world.  This is reflecting in the wine we produce through adherence to biological and regenerative principles with a philosophy of minimal intervention, letting the site and season speak for themselves as much as possible.

With very low stocks for the 2023 vintage, this inaugural newsletter, is being sent to select number of supporters, friends and family to give you priority access before a public release where the rest of the world know about us.  I have indulged a little bit by sharing briefly, our process and tasting notes for this limited release below
