A cool climate mixed selection of 6 bottles consisting of 2 x 2024 Fumé Blanc, 2 x 2023 Cabernet Franc and 2 x 2023 Syrah
2024 FUMÉ BLANC
Hand harvested on 4 March 2024, whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented with wild yeasts on solids. 100% malolactic fermentation, matured on lees in aged barrels for 8 months before racking and bottling in November, 2024.
2023 CABERNET FRANC
Our 2023 Cabernet Franc was hand harvested on 10 April 2023, destemmed whole berries were soaked in open-top fermenters for five days and fermented over eight days. Matured in aged oak barriques and hog head barrels for ten months before racking and bottling in February 2024.
2023 SYRAH
Our 2023 Syrah was picked 14 April 2023, destemmed and cold soaked for two days prior to fermenting on skins in open-top fermenters over two weeks. Matured in aged oak barriques for ten months before racking and bottling in February 2024.
